RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
1. LIVE PLANTS (READ THIS FIRST)
To qualify for a refund or replacement, the following steps must be completed:
Required Photos

Day of Delivery
Email photos of the plants the day they arrive- Proof that the box was opened in a timely manner and document shipping stress/damage -
Within 48 Hours
Email photos showing where and how they will be cared for- Proof that you will not keep them inside to "protect them from the sun" -
1 Week Later
If the plants are not recovering, email updated photos so we can determine next steps. If you and/or the plants are done, we will issue the refund or send replacement. If they are recovering, but slowly, we may give it another week
Eligibility Requirements
- Orders must be shipped using a 2-day or faster method to qualify
- Only plants shown in the original photos are eligible
Outcomes
- If the steps above are followed, around the 1 to 2 week mark, if you are not satisfied, we will refund or replace the plants in the original photos
- Shipping costs are not refunded unless the plants were the only items in the order
- If you request a replacement, you are responsible for the shipping cost
Important
Contacting us days or weeks after delivery without following the steps above does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
There are too many variables after delivery for us to determine what happened without proper documentation.
2. ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2 business days
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable service
