1. LIVE PLANTS

Fulfillment: Live plant orders are NOT shipped the same week they are placed.
Orders move through a weekly cycle and typically ship the following week or later, depending on timing and volume.

Peak Season (Feb–June & Aug–Oct):

• Many orders ship in around 2 weeks
• Some may take 2–3 weeks
• A small number may go over 3 weeks
• Local to Tampa? Choose Pickup at Checkout to get it fast

Timing Check: Want a rough idea of current timing? Reach out before or immediately after ordering. Mid-cycle it is very difficult to stop packing orders to update where yours is at

Expedited Shipping: Choosing Next Day/2nd Day Air speeds up the truck, not our fulfillment time.
(Out-of-state live plants must ship 2-days or faster to be refund-eligible.)

3. LOCAL PICKUP (TAMPA)

Ready in: 1–3 days
Process: We text you to coordinate a 2-hour window (M–F, 9am–5pm)
Location: 7409 N Highland Ave (orders placed under the brown tent)

4. SOIL ORDERS

Bagged: Filled every Wednesday (Tuesday 4pm cutoff)

Bulk Delivery:
We use heavy equipment and are not responsible for damage to driveways or anything within 1.5 ft of the edge.
Driver has final authority on dump safety

Why We Do It This Way

We are a small, working native plant farm, not a fulfillment warehouse. All plants are grown by us, and are hand-pulled, inspected, and prepped to order. Seeds are packaged individually as orders come in, and liquid fertilizers are filled fresh at the time of purchase. Bagged soil is mixed and filled each Wednesday.

This batch cycle keeps everything as fresh as possible and minimizes the amount of time your order spends sitting before it ships, giving your plants the best chance to arrive healthy and ready to thrive.
